Although we tend to price projects on a case by case basis, this is a guide to the services and project packages we offer to our clients.

DESIGNING

Once we’ve had the initial discussion via phone or email, our team will visit your property for a no-obligation visit to analyse and understand your requirements. This meeting will be free of cost and our experts will offer you their feedback regarding the feasibility of the project as well as a free quote. Once you agree to go ahead, our designers and engineers will begin work on all the relevant paperwork such as drawings, 3D plans and elevations.

BUILDING

Before we begin the building process, you’ll be provided with a detailed schedule, we’ll apply for any permits that are required and then the building work begins. Our team includes certified and experienced professionals to make sure that your project is not just stunning but also durable and long-lasting. You will be given regular updates during the building process so if there are any changes that you want, they can be easily accommodated.

INTERIOR DECORATING

Keeping your design preferences and decor choices in mind, our designers will find the best-suited fittings and fixtures for your home. Many clients choose to finalise these details on their own and in such cases, we’re happy to install your chosen components for you with the help of our qualified tradespeople. Painting and decorating are usually the final touches for renovation projects and we make sure that they’re completed with minimum disruption to your personal life.
